Prime Minister wishes Happy New Year to former Party and State leaders

On the occasion of the nation's traditional New Year - Spring Quy Ty 2013, on the morning of February 2, on behalf of the Government, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung visited and extended New Year greetings to former General Secretary Do Muoi, former President Le Duc Anh and General Vo Nguyen Giap.

Former Party and State leaders highly appreciated the efforts and endeavors in the Government's direction and administration in 2012, which overcame difficulties and challenges, contributing to the comprehensive achievements that the entire Party, army and people achieved in the cause of socio-economic construction and development, ensuring national security and defense; and hoped that the Government would make more efforts in its direction and administration, continuing to develop the country quickly and sustainably.

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung expressed his gratitude for the enthusiastic opinions of former Party and State leaders on the Government's leadership and management work; promised to continue working with the Government to promote the achieved results; overcome limitations and weaknesses; constantly improve the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership and management work and wished all comrades good health and longevity./.
