Estonian Prime Minister Praises NATO's 'Spring Storm' Exercise Near Russian Border
Estonian Prime Minister Jüri Ratas visited NATO's "Spring Storm" exercise near the Russian border and he highly appreciated the activity.

The full-scale Spring Storm exercise, which takes place once a year, provides excellent training opportunities for the various branches of the military. It demonstrates our readiness to conduct large-scale operations,” the head of the Estonian government said.
Prime Minister Jüri Ratas said the exercises were held in the districts of Lääne-Virumaa and Ida-Virumaa (Estonia), of which Ida-Virumaa has a border with Russia.
“I thank all those who participated and supported the exercise,” Prime Minister Ratas concluded.
“Spring Storm 2019” is a large-scale NATO exercise involving more than 9,000 soldiers from 13 participating countries, held in Estonia from May 2 to 10.
