(Baonghean.vn) - Attending the "Ceremony of Completion of the Work of Increasing and Restoring the Vietnam-Laos Border Markers in the Field" in Nghe An, on the afternoon of July 9, in Nghia Dan district, Comrade Nguyen Tan Dung, Politburo Member, Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam and Comrade Thoong Sinh Tham-ma-vong, Prime Minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic attended the Inauguration Ceremony of the TH Fresh Milk Factory.

Also attending the ceremony were leaders of several central ministries and branches of the two countries and comrades: Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission; Ho Duc Phoc, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of departments, branches, districts and cities.

The fresh milk factory has a capacity of 500,000 tons/year, of which phase 1 is 200,000 tons/year, belonging to the project of raising dairy cows and processing milk on an industrial scale invested by TH Group in Nghia Dan district. The factory has modern technology, equipment imported from G7 countries and Europe. The inauguration of the TH fresh milk factory phase 1 has officially closed the process from raising cows to producing fresh milk products for commercial use in Nghia Dan.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung highly appreciated the investment efforts in the large-scale project applying high technology in agricultural production of TH Group. The Prime Minister emphasized that the inauguration of the clean fresh milk factory contributes to enhancing the position of Vietnam's dairy industry; stabilizing the domestic milk market, creating more opportunities for domestic consumers to choose quality dairy products... The Prime Minister asked Nghe An province to pay more attention to the project implementation process, coordinate to remove obstacles so that the project can be implemented on schedule and ensure investment efficiency.

The investment of the Project is actively contributing to the development of the Western region of the province, effectively implementing Decision 147-QD/TTg of the Prime Minister and creating conditions for the formation of the High-tech Agricultural Zone. On the side of Nghe An province, it will direct departments, branches and localities to coordinate in the process of implementing the project.

Inspecting the newly planted rubber plots in Hanh Lam commune, Thanh Chuong district, the two Prime Ministers and the working delegation acknowledged the efforts of Nghe An Rubber Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, with the result that after two years of implementation, the company has newly planted 1,100 hectares of rubber and coordinated with local authorities and people to mobilize over 4,000 hectares of land for the goal of planting 10,000 hectares of new rubber in Nghe An.

Inspecting the rubber tree development project, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung suggested that Nghe An Rubber Company should have sustainable development solutions, linking raw material and processing areas to increase production efficiency. That process requires close coordination with local authorities and people to ensure the rights of people in the affected areas to join hands in socio-economic development. Prime Minister Thoong Sinh Tham-ma-vong suggested studying the expansion of rubber planting in Lao provinces sharing borders with Nghe An, because the climate and terrain have similarities, and the Lao government also supports this policy./.
