Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has just signed Decisions approving the election and dismissal of personnel for the People's Committees of five provinces: Nghe An, Quang Tri, Bac Lieu, Quang Ninh, and Tra Vinh.

Specifically, the Prime Minister signed a Decision approving the election of Mr. Nguyen Huu Cau, Director of Nghe An Provincial Police, to the position of Member of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term.

The Prime Minister also signed a Decision approving the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Lam, former Director of the Provincial Police Department, from the position of member of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term to take on a new assignment.

At the same time, the Prime Minister signed a Decision approving the election of Mr. Nguyen Hoai Phuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Commander of the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command, to the position of member of the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term.

The Prime Minister also signed a Decision approving the dismissal of Mr. Ho Thanh Tu, former Commander of the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command, from the position of member of the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term, to take on a new assignment.

For Bac Lieu province, the Prime Minister signed a Decision approving the election of additional members of the Bac Lieu Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term for Mr. Tran Van Tai, Commander of the Bac Lieu Provincial Military Command and Mr. Trinh Thanh Phong, Director of the Bac Lieu Provincial Department of Home Affairs.

The Prime Minister signed a Decision approving the dismissal from the position of Member of the Bac Lieu Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term for Mr. Ho Khai Hoang, former Commander of the Bac Lieu Provincial Military Command, and Mr. Huynh Minh Hoi, former Director of the Bac Lieu Provincial Department of Home Affairs, to retire according to the regime.

On the same day, the Prime Minister also signed a Decision approving the dismissal of Mr. Vu Chi Thuc, former Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, from the position of Member of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term, to retire according to the regime.

For Tra Vinh province, the Prime Minister signed a Decision approving the dismissal of Mr. Le Thanh Dau, former Director of Tra Vinh Provincial Police, from the position of Member of the Tra Vinh Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term, to retire according to the regime./.
