Prime Minister approves investment project of Hemaraj 1 Industrial Park in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - On May 22, the Prime Minister issued Decision 681/QD-TTg approving the investment project policy of WHA Hemaraj 1 Industrial Park in the Southeast Economic Zone of Nghe An province.

This project is invested by Hemaraj Group of Thailand and Civil Engineering Construction Corporation 4 (CIENCO 4), implemented on an area of phase 1 of about 498 hectares, including 148 hectares of industrial area, 62 hectares of high-tech park and 228 hectares of urban area. The total investment is nearly 2,100 billion VND.
This project has a duration of 50 years from the date of investment license.
Previously, the WHA Hemaraj Industrial Park Project was proposed by Nghe An province to the central ministries and branches for appraisal and submission to the Government for approval.
Currently, the investor is coordinating with the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board to develop a detailed construction plan at a scale of 1/500 and prepare for project construction./.
