At the meeting with French President Francois Hollande, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung appreciated France's continued position as one of Vietnam's leading economic-trade-investment and bilateral aid partners in Europe.

The two leaders agreed to accelerate key cooperation projects, especially in the fields of science and technology, education and training, and energy; and directed ministries and sectors to well organize the Vietnam-France Year 2013, practically celebrating the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

The two sides also discussed upgrading bilateral relations to a new level.

On this occasion, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung conveyed the President's invitation to President Francois Hollande to pay an official visit to Vietnam.

President Francois Hollande accepted the invitation and expressed his intention to visit Vietnam in 2013. The two leaders considered this an important event, contributing to the success of the year celebrating the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-France relations.

In an atmosphere of friendship, Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung discussed measures to strengthen the traditional friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

President Rosen Plevneliev expressed that Bulgaria attaches importance to and appreciates Vietnam's role in the region and wishes to further promote bilateral relations, especially in the fields of economic-investment-trade cooperation, energy, education and training, medicine, etc.

In that spirit, President Rosen Plevneliev will pay an official visit to Vietnam in early 2013. This is also President Rosen Plevneliev's first official visit to Asia.

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung said he will closely direct Vietnamese authorities to coordinate closely with Bulgaria so that President Rosen Plevneliev's visit will be a success, bringing Vietnam-Bulgaria relations to a new height.

On this occasion, President Rosen Plevneliev respectfully invited Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung to pay an official visit to Bulgaria at a convenient time.

Receiving Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, the two sides expressed their delight at the strong development in bilateral relations in recent times in the fields of politics, defense-security, economy-trade-investment...

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono affirmed that they will continue to maintain visits, exchanges and contacts between high-ranking leaders, thereby promoting the current good development momentum.

The two leaders also agreed to direct the relevant agencies of the two countries to step up research and exchange on the content of the strategic partnership, thereby creating a foundation to elevate the Vietnam-Indonesia relationship to a new height. The two sides discussed strengthening solidarity within ASEAN, unifying perceptions on common issues of ASEASN, and striving to ensure the success of the upcoming ASEAN Summits and related Summits.

The two sides affirmed to closely coordinate at international and regional forums.

On this occasion, Prime Minister Mario Monti respectfully invited Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung to visit Italy at a convenient time.

Receiving Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker, the two Prime Ministers discussed measures to promote bilateral relations, especially the organization of activities to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries in 2013.

Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker said Luxembourg values ​​its relations with Vietnam, always gives Vietnam high priority in development aid, and appreciates Vietnam's active role in international and regional forums, including ASEAN and ASEM.

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung affirmed that Vietnam, as coordinator of ASEAN-EU relations since July 2012, will do its utmost to promote relations between ASEAN and the EU as well as with EU member countries, including Luxembourg.

On this occasion, Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker invited Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung to visit Luxembourg at a convenient time.

Meeting with Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansa expressed his desire to further promote the traditional friendship with Vietnam, especially in the fields of economics, trade and investment.

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung highly appreciated the completion of the bilateral economic cooperation agreement between the two sides and proposed the early signing of this agreement as well as a number of other important agreements to create a full legal framework for enhancing economic cooperation in the coming time. The two sides agreed to promote exchanges of high-level delegations and ministries and sectors, considering this an important measure to further enhance the understanding and closeness between the two countries.

The two Prime Ministers appreciated the close and effective cooperation between the two countries, demonstrated through mutual support at multilateral forums.

Receiving British Foreign Secretary William Hague, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung expressed his satisfaction at the strong, comprehensive and extensive development of the strategic partnership between Vietnam and the UK in all areas.

The Prime Minister also appreciated the fact that the ministries and sectors of the two countries are actively and effectively implementing the contents of the 2012 Action Plan.

Minister William Hague expressed the British Government's desire to promote UK-Vietnam relations, especially in the fields of economics, trade and investment, and to closely coordinate on multilateral issues. The Minister said that the UK highly appreciates Vietnam's role in the region, especially in important forums such as ASEAN and ASEM.

On this occasion, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung also congratulated the leaders of Bangladesh, Norway and Switzerland on becoming new members of ASEM. The leaders thanked Vietnam for its support, highly appreciated Vietnam's role in ASEM, expressed their desire to coordinate more closely with Vietnam at international forums, and at the same time promote bilateral cooperation.
