Implement policies and regimes according to Decree No. 26/2015/ND-CP
(Baonghean.vn) - Instructions on adding subjects to implement regimes and policies according to Decree No. 26/2015/ND-CP, dated March 9, 2015 of the Government.
- Pursuant to Decision No. 79-QD/TW dated April 10, 2012 of the Politburo on functions, tasks and organizational structure of the Central Organizing Committee;
- Pursuant to Directive No. 36-CT/TW dated May 30, 2014 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 12th National Congress of the Party (hereinafter referred to as Directive No. 36-CT/TW);
- Pursuant to the conclusion of the Secretariat on the issuance of additional instructions on recruitment of civil servants and public employees and implementation of regimes and policies for cadres (Official Dispatch No. 11073-CV/VPTW, dated July 27, 2015 of the Central Office of the Party);
- Implement Decree No. 26/2015/ND-CP, dated March 9, 2015 of the Government "Regulating regimes and policies for cadres who do not meet the age requirements for re-election or re-appointment to hold positions and titles according to terms in agencies of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the State, and socio-political organizations" (hereinafter referred to as Decree No. 26/2015/ND-CP);
After agreeing with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Finance; the Central Organizing Committee provides additional guidance on subjects eligible for the regime and policies under Decree No. 26/2015/ND-CP as follows:
1. Additional objects:
1.1. Party committee members currently holding positions elected by the People's Council, eligible for re-election to the new Party committee term but not old enough to be re-elected to positions elected by the People's Council, and wishing not to be re-elected to the Party committee.
1.2. Party committee members at all levels working in agencies of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the State and socio-political organizations who are eligible for re-election to the new term but wish not to be re-elected to retire early, provided that the age for re-election is 6 months or less.
1.3. Full-time members of the Party's inspection committees at all levels who are eligible for re-election for a new term but wish not to re-elect in order to retire early, provided that the re-election age is 6 months or less (if any).
2. Regarding other contents, it is implemented according to Instruction No. 35-HD/BTCTW, dated April 24, 2015 of the Central Organizing Committee and Decree No. 26/2015/ND-CP, dated March 9, 2015 of the Government "Regulating regimes and policies for cadres who do not meet the age requirements for re-election or re-appointment to hold positions and titles according to the term in agencies of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the State, and socio-political organizations".
During the implementation process, if there are any problems, agencies and units are requested to report to the Central Organizing Committee for research and resolution.
