Carry out vocational training and job creation for children of war invalids and martyrs.

(Baonghean) - Implementing Directive No. 31/CT-TTg dated November 28, 2012 of the Prime Minister on vocational training and job creation for children of martyrs, war invalids, and seriously ill soldiers, and to better carry out the work of "Repaying gratitude" in the province, demonstrating the responsibility and deep affection, special attention of the Party, State and our people for those who have contributed to the revolution, the Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to perform the following tasks:
1. Strictly implement the contents of Directive No. 31/CT-TTg dated November 28, 2012 of the Prime Minister on vocational training and job creation for children of martyrs, war invalids, and seriously ill soldiers; prioritize recruiting children of martyrs, war invalids, and seriously ill soldiers residing in the province to work.
2. The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, People's Committees of districts, cities and towns shall make vocational training for children of martyrs, children of seriously wounded soldiers and children of seriously sick soldiers a specific criterion in the development and implementation of projects and 5-year and annual plans on vocational training. Vocational training for children of martyrs, children of seriously wounded soldiers and children of seriously sick soldiers must be linked to job creation, focusing on career counseling and job referral activities.
3. Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs:
- Guide the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to review and count children of martyrs, seriously wounded soldiers and seriously ill soldiers in the area who need vocational training and job creation.
- Develop a plan to implement Directive No. 31/CT-TTg dated November 28, 2012 of the Prime Minister in the province to do well in vocational training and job creation for children of martyrs, seriously wounded and sick soldiers.
Annually, synthesize the results of vocational training and job placement for children of martyrs, seriously wounded soldiers, and seriously ill soldiers in the province, and report to the Provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs according to regulations.
4. The People's Committees of districts, cities and towns shall review and make statistics on children of martyrs, seriously wounded soldiers and seriously ill soldiers in the area who need vocational training and job creation; develop plans and direct implementation.
