Implementing Decree 168: Reducing accidents, increasing discipline, contributing to building traffic culture

Decree 168/2024/ND-CP is considered a "special remedy" for law-abiding in the traffic sector, with strong sanctions. After a period of implementation, the decree has contributed to creating a clear change in the awareness and behavior of traffic participants. To achieve that result, all levels, sectors and localities have implemented many creative and synchronous methods from propaganda, inspection and handling to technology application.
