Strictly do not drink alcohol before or during working hours and lunch break.
Implementing Directive No. 17-CT/TU dated December 3, 2013 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on Strengthening discipline and administrative order in agencies and units in the province, on December 30, 2013, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 9417/UBND-TH requesting:
1. Provincial departments, branches, sectors, units; People's Committees of districts, cities and towns:
- Fully disseminate and seriously implement the contents of the Directive to all cadres, civil servants and public employees of the units under their management. Promptly encourage and reward exemplary collectives and individuals with achievements in implementing the Directive; at the same time promptly correct and strictly handle violations; include the implementation of the Directive in the annual review of agencies and units and consider this one of the important criteria for evaluating and classifying collectives and cadres, civil servants and public employees annually.
- Issue specific regulations to seriously implement the directive in your agency, industry, locality and unit.
2. Officials, civil servants, public employees, and those working in Party agencies, government agencies, unions, and socio-political organizations from the provincial to grassroots levels must strictly comply with not drinking alcohol before or during working hours, lunch breaks on working days and on duty days, and limit drinking alcohol on days off to ensure health and reputation in the community.
3. Propose that the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and relevant agencies, Nghe An Newspaper, Radio and Television Station, and mass media agencies participate in monitoring and promoting the dissemination of the implementation of the directive in the province.
