Accordingly, localities continue to consolidate and improve drug rehabilitation boards at district and commune levels and drug rehabilitation working groups at commune level. Deploy tasks, assign 2014 drug rehabilitation targets to districts, cities, towns, social labor education centers and allocate support funds to organize implementation. After completing the drug rehabilitation program at social labor education centers, drug addicts will be managed after rehabilitation at their place of residence according to the provisions of Decree 94 of the Government. Local authorities with drug addicts after rehabilitation reintegrating into the community need to develop a management and monitoring plan, assign tasks to coordinate with families of drug addicts after rehabilitation to guide and help them reintegrate into the community sustainably; coordinate with vocational training facilities and businesses and economic establishments in the area to organize vocational training and create jobs for drug addicts after rehabilitation.
The organization of drug addiction treatment in the community in 2014 was organized in a unified, synchronous manner and divided into 2 phases.
Phase 1, from March 1 to July 20, must fulfill at least the assigned target for 2014. Phase 2 from July 21 to the end of 2014. Districts, cities, and towns must complete withdrawal treatment for the number of people in the 2014 community detoxification target before September 30.
