Conducting administrative procedure review in the province
(Baonghean) - On July 18, 2014, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 3334/QD-UBND on promulgating a plan to review administrative procedures in the province. Accordingly, the Department of Justice was assigned to guide, urge, and synthesize reports to the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of the plan.
The results of the review and proposed plans to simplify administrative procedures must specifically state plans to amend, supplement, replace or abolish regulations on administrative procedures, application forms, declaration forms, requirements, conditions for implementing administrative procedures or announce amended, supplemented, replaced or abolished administrative procedures under the authority of provincial departments, branches and sectors; People's Committees at district and commune levels; ensuring the requirements to simplify administrative procedures and related regulations.
Provincial departments, branches, and sectors, People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns shall review the regulations and administrative procedures in the list issued with this plan and regularly review the regulations and administrative procedures under the authority of their affiliated agencies and units; in the process of implementing this plan, if departments, branches, sectors, and People's Committees of districts and towns discover administrative procedures and administrative regulations that are problematic, inadequate, difficult to implement, or have many comments and recommendations from people and businesses, they shall promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and addition to the list of reviewed administrative procedures.
The budget for implementing the plan to review administrative procedures is implemented according to the provisions of Circular No. 167/2012/TT-BTC dated October 10, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance.
