(Baonghean) - On October 27, 2014, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee issued a plan to coordinate the organization of citizen reception to serve Party Congresses at all levels.
Accordingly, it is required that provincial agencies, departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, cities and towns: Fully grasp and strictly implement the provisions of the law, directive documents of the Central Government and the province on the work of receiving citizens and handling complaints and denunciations; especially in handling the situation of mass complaints and denunciations, beyond the level; improve the effectiveness of receiving citizens and handling complaints and denunciations; ensure the right to complain and denunciation of citizens and organizations in accordance with the provisions of the law; minimize the number of complicated mass complaints and denunciations that are brought to the district, province and the Central Government during the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term; ensure close coordination between functional agencies to prevent and promptly handle situations of mass complaints and denunciations, frustrations and prolonged complaints and denunciations by citizens in the province; ensure political security, social order and safety.
In organizing the implementation, the Provincial People's Committee requests the directors of departments, heads of provincial-level branches and sectors, Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities and towns, according to their assigned functions and tasks, to closely coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office and the Provincial Inspectorate to deploy and seriously implement this plan; promptly report the implementation results to the Provincial People's Committee; the Provincial People's Committee Office coordinates with the Provincial Inspectorate to guide, monitor, inspect and urge the implementation of the plan to coordinate the organization of citizen reception; advise the Provincial People's Committee to synthesize and report to the Central agencies according to regulations; at the same time, regularly evaluate, draw experiences and propose implementation solutions to effectively carry out citizen reception work, effectively serving the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term.
