Well implement the work of organizing cadres and building Party cells in special regions

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of June 20, comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee worked with the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board on the implementation of Party building tasks. Working with the Provincial Party Committee Secretary were comrade Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, leaders of the Organization Board, and the Provincial Party Committee's Office.

The report on Party building and organization work presented by the leaders of the Provincial Party Organization Committee shows that, since the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2010-2015, the Provincial Party Organization Committee has promptly advised the Provincial Party Standing Committee to issue many resolutions, projects, notices, regulations, rules, decisions... on the work of organizing cadres and party members, including Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU on "Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, period 2011-2015"; Project No. 2392-DA/TU "On training and fostering of leaders and managers for the period 2012-2015 up to 2020". Thanks to that, it has actively contributed to effectively implementing the 3 main targets on Party building work set out by the Congress, including: the target of the grassroots party organization achieving the title of "Strong Party"; Blocks, hamlets, villages, and hamlets with party organizations and party members and average annual quota for admitting new party members.

In the first 6 months of 2013, the Party building work continued to closely follow the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, the direction of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee. The Committee was proactive, made efforts, and advised to successfully complete the assigned tasks, including the key contents of evaluating and classifying cadre organizations and party members in 2012; continuing to implement Resolution 4 of the 11th Central Committee; planning cadres for the 2015-2020 term; implementing the project to rearrange the Party grassroots organization... However, the quality of the Party grassroots organization in special areas and in enterprises has changed slowly and is not sustainable; the development of Party organizations and party members in hamlets and villages without Party cells or Party members has had limited results; the self-criticism and criticism in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee at the department, division, Party cell and Party member levels have not been of high quality; the planning of cadres in some units is still limited, and the progress is not timely...

Concluding the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Duc Phoc acknowledged the efforts of the Organizing Committee in advising on the implementation of special political tasks in the work of organizing cadres. In terms of future tasks, the Organizing Committee needs to focus on overcoming the shortcomings that have been pointed out; perfecting the work of planning cadres in conjunction with the implementation of the planning; implementing training and rotation of cadres in conjunction with policies and mechanisms to encourage and motivate cadres; focusing on developing the Party, building grassroots party organizations in special regions, ethnic minority regions and in enterprises. Cadres doing organizational work need to improve their capacity and improve all aspects to successfully complete the assigned tasks./.
