Mr. Le Thanh Luu stated: “The information provided by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has no scientific basis, it is just general. I suspect that the article may have been written by competitors to reduce each other’s reputation, because people are now eating more salmon and less beef and pork.”

According to Dr. Luu, in some developed countries, there is a technology industry for processing feed for livestock, poultry and aquaculture from the bones of animals (pigs, cows) that have had all the meat removed, the meat is silvery and or low-quality fish. This is a very safe source of feed for raising salmon.

Salmon is one of the best foods in the world, especially in European and American countries, they only eat farmed salmon.
