Foods you absolutely should not put in the freezer.
Many people often put food in the freezer to preserve it longer, but some foods spoil or lose quality if done that way.
1. Milk

Unfortunately, milk stored in the freezer can separate into clumps and watery parts when thawed. It's still safe, but it's not healthy to add it to cereal or coffee in the morning.
2. Fried foods
Fried food will lose its crispness if you freeze leftovers. And of course, nobody wants a fried dish that becomes soft and soggy.
3. The egg is still in its shell.

It's not advisable to put eggs in the freezer while they're still in their shells. The water content inside the egg expands when frozen, which can cause the outer shell to crack and make it more susceptible to bacterial contamination.
If you want to freeze your eggs, always remove them from their shells, beat them until they are well mixed, and store them in an airtight container.
4. Soft cheese
Storing soft cheeses in the freezer will yield similar results to storing milk in it. When eaten, the watery parts often ruin their texture, commonly seen in cream cheeses, sour cream cheeses, and ricotta.
5. The meat has been thawed.

If you take raw meat out of the freezer, never put it back in the refrigerator. Frozen and thawed food can attract potentially harmful bacteria more quickly than meat that wasn't frozen. It's best to cook the meat to the proper temperature and eat it, or put it back in the freezer after you've cooked all the bacteria.
6. Green vegetables and fruits
You shouldn't put any raw fruits or vegetables in the freezer because when exposed to extremely low temperatures, the water inside the fresh food will quickly turn into ice crystals. And when thawed, the fruits and vegetables will become mushy and watery, losing their original flavor and nutrients.
7. Pasta, noodles
Many people recommend preparing dinner in advance and freezing it so that after a busy day you can simply reheat it for a delicious meal. This is a good idea, but you shouldn't freeze pasta. The freezing process negatively affects the texture of the pasta and turns it into a mushy, doughy mess.
8. Garlic

Garlic tends to become pungent and bitter once it's frozen. If you decide to freeze garlic, be aware that its flavor may be somewhat detrimental to eating and digestion.
