(Baonghean.vn) - At 8:00 a.m. on June 3, at Gold Vinh Hotel (Cong Hoa block, Vinh Tan, Vinh city), Vinh city police arrested 4 subjects: Nguyen The Anh (born 1977, residing in block 10, Doi Cung ward); Phan Thi Kha (born 1988, residing in Dak Lak); Nguyen Thanh Hung (born 1995) and Phan Thanh Dat (born 1994, residing in Huong Son, Ha Tinh) for illegal use of drugs, confiscating 1 set of tools for using crystal meth.
