(Baonghean.vn) - At 10:45 p.m. on July 5, at Bao Nam Hotel (Block 12, Le Loi, Vinh City), Nguyen Tai Truc (born in 1978, residing in Hai Trieu Block, Nghi Hai, Cua Lo Town) rented room 602 and threatened to extort property from 4 guests staying in room 604. Le Loi Ward Police arrested Truc, confiscating 3.6 million VND in cash, 01 cell phone and some other documents.
