Mr. Ngo shared: “In the era of information explosion, from young to old people use mobile phones to communicate and access the Internet. For that war invalid, using a mobile phone was a process of hard training. First, he had to master the operating principles, and ask his children to show him the specific and detailed instructions on the location and function of each key on the keypad phone. Then he learned how to save and check his contacts, how to text and send messages.

To do so, one must mobilize the maximum capacity of the intellect, the rhythmic coordination between teeth and tongue, and the right hand must always hold the device firmly. And sometimes one must mobilize the sensitivity of the ears as well as trust in one's intuition. After a whole month of experimentation, Mr. Truong Dac Ngo was finally able to use the keyboard phone quite skillfully to serve the business and contact relatives and friends.
