I am La Van Lang, a Dan Lai native, just turned 6 years old, living in Co Phat village, Mon Son commune (Con Cuong).That small village is completely isolated from the outside world, located in the core area of Pu Mat National Park, bordering Vietnam - Laos.
Ms. La Thi Ly - Lang's mother told us a sad story: In October 2012, while playing, she fell and suffered a severe injury that severed the tendon in Lang's right armpit. Because her family was poor, the fact that she was able to heal her wound was already a blessing!
But the joy did not last long! Day by day, month by month, the parents watched Lang's right arm gradually become paralyzed, until now he could no longer move, his fingers and arm were gradually atrophied! The child's desire to study had to be abandoned; not to mention the long future ahead... After trying to save and borrow money, the parents took him to Nghe An General Hospital for examination and the doctors concluded: He could be saved, but had to have surgery to reconnect the tendons.

However, Lang’s family is in a difficult situation (her family is in a particularly difficult situation), so even though there is a government support policy for the poor, they are still waiting day and night, not knowing where to find the tens of millions of dong to operate and treat her.
