Hot reward for arresting Laotian drug lord who brought 20,000 synthetic drug pills into Vietnam
(Baonghean.vn)- Bi Vang, 27 years old, Laotian nationality, was transporting 20,000 synthetic drug pills into Vietnam when he was arrested by border guards.
On the morning of April 11, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, Border Guard Command, and Nghe An Border Guard Command organized an award ceremony for Project 377L and Thanh Thuy Border Guard Station for their achievements in the fight against drugs.

Previously, while carrying out the 377L project, at 12:05 on March 22, 2019 at km 63, National Highway 46 in village 3, Thanh Thuy commune, Thanh Chuong district, the Drug and Crime Prevention Department (Nghe An Border Guard) in coordination with Thanh Thuy Border Guard Station discovered and arrested Bi Vang, 27 years old, from Phon Muong Noi village, Kham Cot district, Bo Ly Kham Xay province (Laos), who was illegally transporting drugs from across the border to Vietnam for consumption.

Evidence collected at the scene was 100 blue packages containing 20,000 synthetic drug pills.

With the outstanding achievements in successfully fighting against Project 377L, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee awarded the Project Team 20 million VND, the Border Guard Command awarded the Project Team 40 million VND, and Thanh Thuy Border Guard Station 10 million VND./.
