Standing Committee of Provincial People's Council evaluates performance results in the first 9 months of the year

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 25, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a regular meeting for September 2014. Attending the meeting were Comrade Pham Van Tan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee - Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Standing Committee, the Provincial People's Council committees, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council.

The survey shows that the quality of medical examination and treatment at public hospitals has improved significantly. However, the quality of medical examination and treatment is not commensurate with the increase in medical service prices, some techniques are expensive compared to actual costs... After the survey, specific solutions were proposed to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment and research to adjust and supplement medical examination and treatment service prices to suit reality.

Representatives of the council's committees, the Provincial People's Committee Office, and the National Assembly Delegation gave many comments on the 9-month results report and some recommendations for future activities, adding some contents and issues that need to be monitored and are of public concern.

At the meeting, the Provincial People's Council agreed on a number of activities in the fourth quarter of 2014. Focusing on monitoring the implementation of Resolution No. 26/2011/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2011 on the 2012 infrastructure investment plan; Resolution No. 60/NQ-HDND dated December 13, 2013 on the 2013 infrastructure investment plan; Resolution No. 102/NQ-HDND dated December 13, 2014 on the 2014 infrastructure investment plan; survey the implementation of budget payment obligations, remove difficulties for businesses in preferential loans for production, tax exemption and reduction and other support solutions... prepare well for the Provincial People's Council meeting at the end of October. Focus on urging and monitoring the results of resolving the issues promised by delegates at the 11th session of the Provincial People's Council, select the content of questions for the next session.
