(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 2, 2014, under the chairmanship of comrade Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee met to hear the results of the implementation of tasks in the fourth quarter of 2013, and tasks in the first quarter of 2014 of the committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 2, 2014, under the chairmanship of comrade Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee met to hear the results of the implementation of tasks in the fourth quarter of 2013, and tasks in the first quarter of 2014 of the committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office.
In the fourth quarter of 2013, the Provincial Party Committee's departments and offices coordinated well to implement the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, especially in implementing Notice 909-TB/TU dated October 14, 2013 on funding for grassroots Party cell congresses; on ranking and salary levels for commune-level cadres with political theory qualifications; arranging work for youth union cadres who have reached adulthood according to Decision 289-QD/TW; issuing Action Program No. 22-CTR/TU dated November 20, 2013 to implement Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW (XI term) on strengthening innovation of the Party's leadership in mass mobilization work in the new period; implementing monthly internal affairs meetings...

Regarding the tasks of the first quarter of 2014, comrade Tran Hong Chau reminded the leaders of the departments and the Provincial Party Committee Office to strengthen their work at the grassroots level, improve the quality of advisory documents, focus on leading ideological work, and implement the plan to summarize 30 years of innovation on "building the ruling Party, innovating the content and methods of Party leadership" to ensure quality and progress; review the work of supplementing planning and rotating cadres; perfect personnel of units with separations and changes under their authority; effectively implement policies for the poor, direct activities to celebrate the Party, celebrate spring, anniversaries, and the Party's founding day... in the spirit of thrift, joy, safety, and efficiency.
