Thuy Van won the first victory at Miss Universe 2019
Attracting attention since registering to participate in the Miss Universe 2019 contest, Pham Hong Thuy Van had her first victory when she had the highest number of votes along with Nguyen Dang Tuong Linh and Trinh Minh Tam.
Recently, the Organizing Committee of Miss Universe 2019 officially announced the list of top 10 contestants with votes in the Miss Universe Online contest. The scoring method is calculated based on the total number of likes, comments, and shares on Miss Universe Vietnam's media channels from the audience to select the winning contestant. This result is independent and does not affect the results of the Miss Universe Vietnam 2019 jury.

Among them, the Top 3 contestants with the highest number of votes are: Trinh Minh Tam, Nguyen Dang Tuong Linh, Pham Hong Thuy Van.
CandidatesPham Hong Thuy Vanwas the overall winner with a total voting score of 224,825 points, including 30,165 likes, 15,455 comments, and 3,277 shares. With this result, Pham Hong Thuy Van received a prize of 10,000,000 VND in cash.
Previously, fans were upset when a contestant cheated on the vote, rising to the top of the interaction thanks to fake likes and comments. Miss Universe Vietnam 2019 checked and immediately “erased” the contestant with the “vote hacking” phenomenon from the Top 10.

The Top 60 will continue to enter the filming phase of the reality TV show "I am Miss Universe Vietnam". The final night of Miss Universe Vietnam 2019 will take place on December 7, 2019 in Nha Trang.
