Russia's Su-57 stealth fighter soon causes 'nightmare' for Ukraine's Air Force
(Baonghean.vn) - Military Watch magazine said: Russia's fifth-generation fighter Su-57 has proven successful in battles in the Northern Military District.

According to Ria Novosti, the Military Watch magazine reported on January 2 that the Su-57 fighter is the only representative of its generation to participate in high-intensity combat operations. The Su-57's operations on the front in Ukraine include not only air strikes on ground targets, but also use to neutralize Ukrainian air defense systems, as well as participate in air battles.
Military Watch said the conflict in Ukraine has significantly boosted confidence in the fighter.
According to Military Watch, the supply of Su-57 fighter jets to the Russian military will nearly double in 2024. The Ukrainian Air Force will begin to feel the "nightmare" of Russia's deployment of this fighter in the coming months.
Su-57 is a fifth-generation multirole fighter developed by Sukhoi. Designed to destroy all types of air, ground and water targets.
The Su-57 has supersonic flight speed, weapons located inside the fuselage, radio-absorbing coating, and all the latest equipment on board. In particular, the Su-57 has good frontal stealth capabilities, thanks to which the aircraft is able to operate closer to the front without being detected by Ukrainian air defense radar.
According to the latest statement of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, it is likely that the State Corporation Rostec will deliver 12 Su-57s in 2023, bringing the number of aircraft delivered to the Russian Air Force to 22. In addition, Rostec also aims to achieve a maximum production rate of 15 Su-57 fighters per year, starting from 2024.
Based on that, it can be predicted that by the end of 2024, the Russian Aerospace Forces will have 37 Su-57 stealth fighters. According to the initial production plan, by the end of 2024, the total production quantity will be 24 aircraft./.
