(Baonghean.vn)- On July 13, agencies and units of Division 324, Military Region 4 held a farewell ceremony for 1,245 soldiers and officers who completed their military service in the first phase of 2015 and returned to their localities.

Previously, agencies and units had fully paid all policies and benefits to individuals according to regulations. Soldiers and soldiers were also taught the military service law and the reserve mobilization ordinance.
