Saying goodbye to Peter, SLNA head coach Huy Hoang shared: "Peter is a lovable and approachable player who integrates well with the players and coaching staff. Every time he enters the field, he is enthusiastic and I appreciate Peter for this.
As for his skills, he is a striker but his scoring efficiency is not there yet. In the past matches, he missed many opportunities in front of the opponent's goal, that is also a reason why I and the club decided to part ways with him when his contract ends."
After leaving SLNA Club, SLNA's Board of Directors created the best conditions for Peter to return to his home country Nigeria, the flight will take off on August 20.
Right before leaving SLNA, the 1994 player was tested for Covid-19 and had a negative result.
On June 1, 2021, SLNA Club officially had a new sponsor. This is a major turning point marking a strong change in the next stage of the Club. After Tan Long Group took over, Nghe An Club has continuously signed contracts with quality domestic and foreign players to realize the goal of staying in the league this season.
