According to Circular 47, the amounts subject to social insurance contributions include:

1. Salary, record the salary calculated by time of work or position according to the salary scale, salary table built by the employer according to the provisions of labor law agreed by both parties. For employees receiving salary by product or piecework, record the salary calculated by time to determine the unit price of product or piecework salary.

2. Salary allowances, record the salary allowances that the two parties have agreed upon, specifically:

a) Salary allowances to compensate for factors related to working conditions, complexity of work, living conditions, and labor attraction that the agreed salary in the labor contract has not taken into account or has not fully taken into account.

b) Salary allowances are linked to the employee's work process and performance.

3. Other additional items, record the additional items that the two parties have agreed upon, specifically:

a) Additional amounts are determined by a specific amount of money together with the salary agreed in the labor contract and paid regularly in each pay period.

b) Additional amounts that do not have a specific amount of money along with the salary agreed in the labor contract, paid regularly or irregularly in each pay period related to the work process and work performance of the employee./.
