U21 Song Lam Nghe An midfielder becomes vice captain of U22 Vietnam
(Baonghean.vn) - Although he has not been able to join the Vietnam U22 team because he is busy competing in the final match of the 2020 National U21 Tournament, midfielder Nguyen Van Viet of U21 SLNA was appointed by coach Park Hang-seo as vice-captain in this training session.
The U22 Vietnam team will have 2 friendly matches with the Vietnam National Team, on December 23 in Quang Ninh and December 27 in Viet Tri, Phu Tho. The U22 Vietnam team this time has 3 players:Mai Sy Hoang, Nguyen Van Vietand central defender Thai Ba Sang has just been added.
On December 18, some players gathered in Hanoi and started their first training session. The rest have yet to gather. They are players from Viettel U21 Club and SLNA U21 Club - the two teams that reached the final of the 2020 National U21 Football Championship.
