Revealed phone call between Trump and Erdogan about journalist's murder

On the evening of October 20, Saudi Arabia's state media reported that Mr. Khashoggi died after an argument with consulate staff.

18 people are in custody, they are being interrogated, the Saudi authorities are trying to find out the truth and bring all the perpetrators to justice.

According to Turkish TV channel NTV, the US and Turkish presidents agreed that it is necessary to clarify the incident related to the death of this journalist.

Saudi journalist Khashoggi worked for The Washington Post and had lived in the United States since 2017. He had criticized the actions of Saudi authorities after Mohammed bin Salman was appointed crown prince.

Anadolu news agency added that during the phone call, the two leaders also discussed the situation in Syria.
