(Baonghean.vn) -According to information from the People's Committee of Quynh Long Commune (Quynh Luu), at 5:00 p.m. on December 16, two bodies of victims on the fishing boat with license plate NA - 9320 -TS owned by Mr. Tran Van Vien residing in Minh Thanh village - Quynh Long Commune (Quynh Luu) drifted to the shore of Ky Phu Commune - Ky Anh District - Ha Tinh.
