Previously, on September 30, Nghe An Electronic Newspaper published the news "Man missing on the way home carrying TV" about Dang Van Huan (1982), residing in Hamlet 10, Nghi Hoa Commune, Nghi Loc District, who went missing since the afternoon of September 25.

Many people have shared the article and information on online communities. At 7:00 p.m. on October 10, a person in Nghi Hoa commune saw the photo and read information about Mr. Huan on the Facebook of a resident in Cam Thach commune, Cam Xuyen district, Ha Tinh.

Immediately, this person informed Mr. He about Mr. Huan's location in Cam Thach commune. After receiving the information, the family quickly went to Cam Xuyen to receive the person and take Mr. Huan home.

It is known that at 11pm on October 10, his family brought Mr. Huan home in normal health condition, showing signs of mental illness.
