Determined to Win Soldier, Second Class Medal of Resistance War against France, First Class Medal of Resistance War against America for National Salvation; Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Council of Ministers; 40, 45, 50, 55, 60-year Party membership badges...; passed away at 1:02 p.m. on November 1, 2021 (September 27, Tan Suu year), at the age of 87.

The coffin was placed in a private residence: Hamlet 8 (old), now Xuan Son Hamlet, Nam Xuan Commune, Nam Dan District, Nghe An.
