Accordingly, the province coordinated with relevant sectors to develop a progress report and summary of the nomination dossier to report to the leaders of the Party, State and relevant ministries and sectors, creating the highest consensus and support for the nomination dossier "Hung King worship in Phu Tho". During the time UNESCO reviewed and evaluated the nomination dossier, the central and local media agencies actively promoted and publicized the "Hung King worship in Phu Tho".
For the central ministries, departments and branches, the province coordinates with the Vietnam Institute of Culture and Arts, the Vietnam National Commission for UNESCO, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to develop a plan for the provincial leaders to work with the Vietnam UNESCO Office and the diplomatic representative agencies of the 24 permanent members of the UNESCO Intergovernmental Committee in Vietnam to mobilize, propagate and create consensus for the nomination dossier; at the same time, develop a plan to mobilize the dossier abroad. The Vietnam Institute of Culture and Arts will receive opinions from experts, scientists, researchers; and opinions from provincial leaders to soon complete the dossier "Hung King worship in Phu Tho", submit it to UNESCO before May 15, 2012 as prescribed.

Originating from the belief in ancestor worship in the family, the Hung King worship has long been a cultural identity of the community with the philosophy "People have ancestors". Hung King worship has an important role in the consciousness of the Vietnamese people, affirming that the Vietnamese people have a common ancestor, that origin is the red thread that creates the tradition of solidarity, love and mutual support. Hung King worship, worship of the ancestors of the nation - country becomes a cultural symbol - belief connecting the past with the present, has the effect of cultivating feelings for family, village and country.
