Nghe An Provincial Youth Union: Building boarding houses for students in Tam Hop commune (Tuong Duong)

(Baonghean.vn) - As part of the "Youth Month" activities in 2012, on the morning of March 28, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union held a groundbreaking ceremony to build a boarding house for students of Tam Hop Commune Secondary School, Tuong Duong District.

This is a project supported by Nghe An Provincial Youth Union from the budget of the "Border and Island" program. The boarding house consists of 4 rooms, enough for 50 students to stay, with a total support of 100 million VND. This project is the 9th project in the "Love for Borders and Islands" campaign of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union. This boarding house will create conditions for students in remote villages: Huoi Son, Pha Lom, Vang Mon to have better living conditions during their studies, contributing to reducing school dropouts.

The project is expected to be completed and put into use at the beginning of the next school year.
