Mr. Yuko Anma, 75 years old, lives nearly 1km from the relic site, and understands very well the life and career of patriot Phan Boi Chau. He said that Doctor Asaba was the one who enthusiastically and selflessly helped Phan Boi Chau and his comrades during the difficult days in Japan in the early 20th century. In 1917, when Phan Boi Chau returned to Japan to visit his loyal friend, Doctor Asaba had passed away.
