Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee offers incense at Kim Lien Relic Site

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 5, Comrade Do Thi Hoang - Standing Deputy Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee and the working delegation came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at Kim Lien Relic Site, Nam Dan District.
