Chúc mừng cán bộ, công nhân Tổng công ty Hợp tác kinh tế Quân khu nhân ngày thành lập Quân đội nhân dân Việt Nam, Thiếu tướng Xỉ Đua Lò cảm ơn Tổng công ty đã có nhiều đóng góp giúp nhân dân các tỉnh Trung Lào nói chung, tỉnh Viêng Chăn nói riêng trong xây dựng cụm bản vững mạnh; mở rộng các dự án kinh tế, tạo công ăn việc làm cho người lao động.

Thay mặt Tổng công ty Hợp tác kinh tế Quân khu, Đại tá Nguyễn Duy Hùng - Phó tổng giám đốc đã gửi lời cảm ơn tới chính quyền, nhân dân, LLVT tỉnh Viêng Chăn đã tạo mọi điều kiện quan tâm, giúp đỡ để Tổng công ty hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ trên đất nước Lào nói chung, tỉnh Viêng Chăn nói riêng mà Bộ tư lệnh Quân khu 4 giao.

On behalf of the officers, soldiers, and people of Vientiane province, Major General Xi Dua Lo extended warm congratulations, sincere feelings, and gratitude, wishing the Vietnam People's Army in general and the armed forces of Nghe An province in particular continued growth and maturity, and further strengthening the special solidarity and close ties between Vietnam and Laos.

Colonel Ha Tan Tien expressed his gratitude for the affection shown by the officials and people of Vientiane province.

Colonel Ha Tan Tien, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, on behalf of the officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces, expressed his affection and appreciation for the sentiments bestowed by the officials and people of the neighboring province; he also briefed them on the main aspects of the local situation and the unit's main activities in preparation for the 70th anniversary of the heroic Vietnamese People's Army.

Also on this occasion, the Provincial Military Command presented gifts from the Special Task Force of Nghe An province to Vientiane province, expressing the hope that the two provinces of Nghe An and Vientiane will continue to have many effective cooperation activities in both socio-economic development and national defense and security. In particular, they hope for effective coordination in the task of searching for, excavating, and collecting the remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers who died on the battlefields of Laos in general and in Vientiane in particular.
