At the above time, Mr. Dau Ngoc Manh (born in 1979), residing in Hamlet 13, Son Hai Commune, was driving a motorbike with license plate 37L1 - 3712 carrying his nephew Dau Ngoc Duc Toan (born in 2005) in the direction of Cau Ngo - Son Hai Commune People's Committee when he was suddenly hit by a motorbike with license plate 37P4 - 2596 driven by Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa (born in 1992), residing in Hamlet 13, Son Hai Commune (Quynh Luu) carrying 2 young men in the back in the opposite direction.

The strong collision caused Mr. Dau Ngoc Manh to suffer a traumatic brain injury and died on the spot.
