(Baonghean.vn) - At 10:20 p.m., at the Nou Phun intersection (Le Loi ward bordering Quang Trung ward - Vinh city), a Siriusrc motorbike with license plate 37B1-06803 carrying 3 young men from Le Hong Phong street was hit by a 115 ambulance with license plate 37S9617, traveling from Vinh bus station towards Cinema 12/9.

The head-on collision was so strong that the motorbike fell down, and the three young men on the motorbike were thrown in three directions. The 115 ambulance stopped at the gate of Diec Pagoda, and the left side of the car was crushed. The young man driving the motorbike fell and lay motionless, one woman had both her arms and legs broken, and another woman had a fairly serious head injury.

Currently, 3 victims have been taken to Hospital 115 for emergency treatment. Only one victim has been identified as Nguyen Thuy Chung, the identities of the other 2 victims have not been determined.
