German newspaper tells how the US does not comply with sanctions against Russia
The United States puts serious pressure on Europe on the issue of sanctions against Russia, but at the same time secretly conducts its own deals with Russia, writes Andre Ballin, a journalist for the German newspaper Handelsblatt.

According to him, this is evidenced by the US Orbital ATK military agreement with the Russian Energomash organization, within the framework of which the US purchased 4 rocket engines, without which they could not deliver to the ISS. However, no one pays attention to the fact that the US Congress constantly criticizes the Pentagon's dependence on Russian space technologies.
“In this case, it appears that commercial interests have overtaken policy, as the development of its engine would cost $3 billion,” Mr. Ballin noted.
In addition, the journalist writes, Russia and the United States are negotiating the purchase of Russian guns for the US special services. These are the "Osa" pistols, which are already in service with the police in the state of Arizona.
Mr. Ballin noted that the manufacturer of these pistols - the "Techmash" corporation is sanctioned by European countries, but American companies cooperate with it.
