Organizing study and implementing Resolution 9 of the Central Committee achieved good results.

(Baonghean.vn) - On July 3, the Central Propaganda Department held a national online conference to study, disseminate and implement Resolution 9 of the 11th Central Committee.

Comrade Le Hong Anh - Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat attended and directed the conference. Attending the conference were comrade Dinh The Huynh - Politburo member, Head of the Central Propaganda Department, along with representatives of ministries, central agencies and connecting points in 63 provinces and cities nationwide. At the Nghe An connecting point, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired.

During the 1-day conference, comrade Dinh The Huynh thoroughly grasped the content of the Resolution on "building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development"; comrade Nguyen Van Quynh - Member of the Party Central Committee - Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee reported on the contents: Election regulations in the Party, the vote of confidence for members who are leaders of Party committees and leaders in Party agencies, the State, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; orientations for directing Party Congresses at all levels towards the 12th National Party Congress of the Party. The conference also heard comrade Dinh The Huynh inform about some situations in the East Sea, orientations for the Party and State's policies in the face of China illegally placing the Haiyang 981 drilling rig in Vietnam's exclusive economic zone and continental shelf.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Le Hong Anh affirmed that the 9th Central Conference (11th tenure) is one of the most important conferences. The contents approved by the Conference are both strategic and long-term tasks and urgent and immediate issues. Comrade Le Hong Anh requested that delegates attending the Conference thoroughly grasp and reach a high consensus on the necessity of promulgating, the significance, importance and content of the Resolution and policies of the 9th Central Conference (11th tenure), thereby seriously directing the dissemination and implementation in all levels, sectors, agencies and units where they work.

He also requested that it is necessary to combine research, dissemination and implementation with setting out specific and practical tasks and measures to bring Resolution 9 of the Central Committee into life, creating a change in awareness and high unity of action in the entire Party, people and army. Strictly implement the guiding viewpoints of the Central Committee, the Politburo and the Secretariat on a number of pressing and urgent current issues, such as: the East Sea issue; the issue of preventing and combating corruption and waste; combating degradation in political ideology, ethics and lifestyle in the Party and in the entire society.

Comrade Le Hong Anh hopes and believes that with a high sense of responsibility, with research, exchange, discussion, thorough understanding and serious implementation, with regular and close direction from Party committees at all levels and sectors, the Resolution will truly come to life, contributing to the successful implementation of the tasks of 2014 and the tasks set forth by the 11th Party Congress.

Immediately after the national online conference ended, speaking at the Nghe An bridge, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong emphasized: Immediately after this conference, the Provincial Party Committee will develop a plan to direct the organization of studying and implementing the Resolution throughout the province. On the basis of absorbing the content of the Resolution, leaders at all levels, sectors and localities in the province are required to proactively develop plans and implement the study and dissemination of the Resolution at their agencies and units. Pay attention to directing the dissemination of the Resolution's content among the people in appropriate forms. Party committees at all levels need to direct the strengthening of inspection of the study, dissemination and development of action programs that are close, correct, feasible and determined to organize implementation, which is a particularly important step, of decisive significance for the Resolution to truly promote its effectiveness in practical life. He requested that Party committees at all levels direct the organization of Party congresses at all levels towards the 12th National Party Congress in accordance with the regulations of the Politburo.
