Organize Vietnam Law Day on November 9 every year

Law Day aims to affirm the position and role of the Constitution and law in state management and social life.

The Prime Minister has just issued a Decree guiding the organization of Vietnam Law Day. Accordingly, the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam - Law Day is held annually on November 9.

Law Day aims to affirm the position and role of the Constitution and law in state management and social life.

Educate cadres, civil servants, public employees and people to respect and comply with the law, protect the law and the benefits of complying with the law.

Disseminate the provisions of the Constitution and laws that are practical for people's lives, associated with the functions and tasks of agencies and units.

Accordingly, Law Day can be organized in the following forms: rallies, seminars, talks, legal information, exhibitions, etc.

The Ministry of Justice is responsible for guiding the content and form of organizing the annual Law Day nationwide./.
