Organizing a speaking contest to select national excellent students in foreign languages

In the 2012 national high school exam, the Ministry of Education and Training will organize speaking tests in foreign languages.

Accordingly, each candidate will take the speaking test for 10 minutes, including 7 minutes to prepare the answer and 3 minutes to answer for recording (including the time to read the exam code and exam content). Units will use backup recording software to record the candidate's answers.

The organization of the speaking test for foreign languages ​​is carried out according to the speaking test procedure. In each speaking test room, there is 1 computer for the candidate (computer 1) connected to the network; 1 computer for the supervisor (computer 2) not connected to the network, operating independently from computer 1 and 1 backup computer.

The 2012 national high school exam for excellent students will be held on January 11 and 12. Starting this year, the Ministry of Education and Training will restore the policy of direct admission to universities and colleges for excellent national students.
