Organizing a speaking competition to select national outstanding students in foreign languages.

In the 2012 national high school student excellence competition, the Ministry of Education and Training will organize oral examinations in foreign languages.

Accordingly, each candidate will have 10 minutes to complete the speaking test, including 7 minutes to prepare their answer and 3 minutes to record their response (including time for reading the test code and the test content). The participating units will use backup recording software to record the candidates' responses.

The organization of the oral examination for foreign languages ​​follows the oral examination procedure. Each oral examination room has one computer for the candidate (computer 1) connected to the network; one computer for the invigilator (computer 2) not connected to the network and operating independently of computer 1; and one backup computer.

The 2012 National High School Excellent Student Selection Examination will be held on January 11th and 12th. Starting this year, the Ministry of Education and Training will reinstate the policy of direct admission to universities and colleges for national excellent students.
