Organizing the implementation of the Resolution and Conclusion of the 5th Conference of the Party Central Committee (Term XI) to soon come into life

(Baonghean.vn) - This afternoon, the Conference to study and disseminate the Resolution and Conclusion of the 5th Conference of the Party Central Committee (11th tenure) continued to work. Attending were comrades Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades members of the Provincial Party Committee; Standing members of the People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of provincial departments, branches, sectors, and unions; secretaries, deputy secretaries, chairmen of the People's Council, People's Committee, and heads of propaganda departments of districts and cities.

The delegates listened to Comrade Thai Van Hang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee report on the province's plan to implement Conclusion No. 21/KL-TW, dated May 25, 2012 of the Central Executive Committee (term XI) on continuing to implement the Resolution of the 3rd Conference of the Central Executive Committee (term X) on strengthening the Party's leadership in the work of preventing and combating corruption and waste. Next, Comrade Le Xuan Dai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee reported on the draft plan to implement Resolution No. 15/NQ-TU, dated June 1, 2012 of the Central Executive Committee (term XI) on a number of social policy issues for the period 2012 - 2020.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Phan Dinh Trac clearly analyzed the viewpoints, guiding thoughts, and solutions for implementing the Resolution of the 5th Central Committee (11th tenure). He emphasized: After this conference, the province will organize working groups to inspect the implementation of social policies, policies for people with meritorious services, salary policies, and the implementation of land laws at the district and grassroots levels. Focus on reviewing violations, corruption, and waste to rectify and handle them.

All levels and sectors should review policies that have been issued and implemented to adjust and supplement them in accordance with Resolution 5 of the Central Committee; at the same time, urge and direct those policies to be effective. All levels, sectors, and mass organizations need to get involved to disseminate to party members and people the situation and developments in Yen Khe commune, Con Cuong district; at the same time, organize propaganda, mobilize, persuade, influence, and effectively implement the Party and State's policy of great national unity. Best implement the socio-economic targets for the last 6 months of the year at the highest level. Actively and carefully prepare for the review in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee on "some urgent issues in Party building at present".
