Dear generations of teachers, staff and students of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted!

Today, I am very happy to attend the 40th Anniversary Ceremony and receive the title of Labor Hero of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, Nghe An. On behalf of the Party and State leaders, I would like to send my best wishes to all comrades, delegates, generations of teachers, staff, and students of the school.

From gifted classes and specialized classes formed in the 1965-1966 school year in many high schools in the province, Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, Nghe An was established in 1974 as one of the earliest specialized schools established in the North when the country was still at war, with countless difficulties and hardships to discover and nurture gifted students; care for and train talented young buds, serving the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

Over the past 40 years, with the attention and leadership of the Education and Training sector, the Party Committee, the government, the love and care of the people of Nghe Tinh province in the past, Nghe An province today, with a team of high-quality teachers, staff, and employees, dedicated to their beloved students, generations of students with strong will, dreams, ambitions, caring and helping each other, Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted has overcome difficulties, successfully completed its tasks, and become a prestigious school in terms of comprehensive educational quality. For many years, the school has always been in the top 100 high schools with the highest average university entrance exam scores in the country and is also among the leading schools in the country with the number of students achieving high results in national and international exams. From this school, many students have become leaders, managers, scientists, engineers, doctors, artists, and famous businessmen. Those results brought glory to the school named after patriot Phan Boi Chau, contributing to beautifying the tradition of studiousness of Nghe An.

With these achievements, the school has been awarded many certificates of merit and emulation flags by the Ministry of Education and Training, the Provincial People's Committee, the Prime Minister and today, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of its founding, the school is honored to receive the title of Hero of Labor, a noble award from the Party and the State. On behalf of the Party and State leaders, I warmly commend the efforts, endeavors and results that the school has achieved over the past 40 years and congratulate the school on being awarded the noble title of Hero of Labor.

Nowadays, in the era of scientific and technological revolution and globalization, the level of science and technology and the quality of human resources are the decisive factors for the rapid and sustainable development and the overall strength of a country. Therefore, in the Resolutions of the Congresses of the past terms, our Party has identified the development of science and technology and education and training as the top national policy for national development. Implementing the Resolution of the 11th Party Congress, the 8th Conference of the Central Executive Committee (11th tenure) issued a Resolution on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training to meet the requirements of innovation, industrialization, modernization, international integration, building and defending the socialist Fatherland.

I hope that Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, Nghe An, promoting the tradition of the Heroic Unit, the experiences and achievements gained over the past 40 years, will continue to strive to compete in teaching well, studying well, improving the quality of comprehensive education in morality, intelligence, physical fitness and aesthetics, taking the lead in implementing the Central Resolution on education and training innovation, always maintaining and promoting the leading role in the education sector of Nghe An province and the whole country.

I propose that the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, departments, branches, social organizations in the province, and parents continue to pay attention to leadership, direction, support and help develop the education and training career of the province in general, and Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted in particular, so that the school can excellently complete its assigned tasks, contributing to training high-quality human resources and training talents for the province and the country.

I believe that, on the path of development, although there are still many difficulties and challenges, Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted will forever be worthy of being a specialized school in the beloved homeland of Uncle Ho, the cradle of high-quality training of the Education and Training sector of Nghe An and the whole country, contributing practically to the economic - social - educational development of the province and the country.

Once again, I wish the teachers, staff and students of the school to achieve more outstanding achievements in teaching, learning and training.
