Nam Dan District People's Court held mobile trials of two cases

(Baonghean) - On March 12, in Nam Cat commune, Nam Dan district People's Court opened a mobile trial of 2 cases; sentenced defendant Nguyen Van Da (born in 1981, residing in hamlet 8, Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city) to 18 months in prison for "theft of property", according to clause 1, article 138, point p, clause 1,2, article 46; point g, clause 1, article 48-Penal Code.

For the defendants Ho Sy Que (born 1962) and Ho Sy Ngoc (born 1956), both residing in Da Cat hamlet, Nam Cat commune, Nam Dan district, who committed the crime of "gambling", applying Clause 1, Article 248; Point p, Clause 1, Clause 2, Article 46-BLHS, the Court sentenced Ho Sy Que to 7 months in prison and Ho Sy Ngoc to 6 months in prison.
