At the seminar, the opinions were exchanged very frankly and openly, all affirming the position, significance, importance and great value of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; the noble qualities and values ​​of "Uncle Ho's Soldiers". At the same time, it clarified the necessity of promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; the content worthy of the title "Uncle Ho's Soldiers" in the coming time; the opinions also proposed innovative, effective and breakthrough measures and methods in implementing Directive 05 and Directive 87 in their agencies and units.

Besides the exchange of ideas and discussions, there were performances praising the Party, Uncle Ho, and the country's innovation, staged and performed by the art troupe from the Division's agencies and affiliated battalions, along with the twinning units, making the discussion night more exciting and successful.

The seminar aims to contribute to thoroughly grasping and seriously implementing Directive 05 of the Politburo, Directive 87 of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee, bringing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle into the Campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers".
