Seminar to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Irrigation Sub-Department

The Provincial Irrigation Department recently held a meeting with generations of officials in the industry to celebrate its 15th anniversary.

Comrade Nguyen Dinh Chi, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended, presented a congratulatory banner and expressed his appreciation for the results the unit has achieved over the past 15 years.

Notably, it has played a good advisory role in helping the province issue many important mechanisms and policies to create breakthroughs in the management and effective use of irrigation works, contributing to the whole province in ensuring water resources for production and daily life.

He also noted that in the coming time, the Department needs to pay attention to building a team of staff, better performing its advisory role to help the province promulgate mechanisms and policies, mobilize resources to invest in construction, upgrade and modernize irrigation works; effectively manage and exploit irrigation works, promptly respond to climate change, and best ensure water requirements for agricultural and industrial production development and daily life.
