Under the leadership of the Party, the youth of the country in general and the youth of Nghe An, the youth of the Provincial Agencies in particular, have made many contributions to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, and building Nghe An province to become increasingly stronger.
At the seminar, delegates heard about the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies. At the same time, they discussed a number of contents under the theme "Youth moving forward under the Party's flag". The content of the seminar revolved around the following issues: affirming the correct leadership of the Party - the decisive factor in all victories of the Vietnamese revolution since its establishment; initial results of implementing Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure) in conjunction with implementing Directive 03-CT/TU of the Politburo on "Continuing to promote studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh"; practical issues to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party, consolidate and maintain the people's trust in the Party; the work of fostering revolutionary ideals for the young generation; the responsibility of youth in administrative reform and social security.

Speaking at the seminar, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc, comrade Nguyen Quang Tung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc acknowledged the contributions of the youth of the Bloc of provincial agencies in their work and performance of tasks at provincial departments, branches and sectors, contributing to the overall success in the economic, cultural, social and national defense and security development of the province in the past time. At the same time, he suggested that in the coming time, they should further promote their spirit and responsibility in each working position at each agency and unit to be worthy of being the right-hand man of the Party.
